No more. We switched back to traditional Pakistani meals that tend to be rich with spices like turmeric, cumin seeds, coriander and fenugreek, to name a few. Not only did the taste of food improve, it contributed to our overall health too. One of my children has autism. I therefore have a special interest in working with special needs children. I have, however, found much success helping clients optimize their nutritional interventions for such diverse comspokane as weight management, management of diabetes, digestive issues, recuperation from heart and kidney problems and geriatric care. In addition to one-on-one consultations in Mississauga, I use Skype, email and telephone for my nutritional consultations.
As many of my clients are based in the Middle East and South Asia, I have developed a special interest in herbal medicine. To raise awareness and reach out to a larger number of parents, Craigslist volunteer with Autism Ontario, Peel Chapter. I am co-lead for Autism Resource Fair. My aspiration is to raise awareness about the role of nutrition in improving the quality of life of special needs children.
