Does anyone know the policy on the front-end manager being in a relationship with a cashier? I am neither the manager or cashier in question- but when I found out about this I seriously thought about reporting them, but I'm forum sure forum this is even a reportable offense. Unless there is preferential treatment going on that's directly negatively impacting you I'd stay out of it. You must be a real loser in life and extremely jealous of those people.

At the store I work at, the manager had to transfer stores when they found out about her loving the produce guy LOL. If it's not directly affecting you though, like someone else said, choose your battles wisely.

Hope this helps. They told us in training it was against Kroger policy for a superior to date someone they supervise. As to dating dating someone not in their direct line we were told it could set either party up for a sexual harassment charge and one would have to transfer out of the store if check this out wanted to continue the relationship. This is stupid to date someone you work with.
