Typically, online dating apps, such as Tinder or Hinge, ask users to fill out positive prompts about what they enjoy and their ideal date. Alper's creation, entitled Hater, gave singles the opportunity to bond over their dislike of a slew of topics, from celebrities and television shows to Crocs and source walkers. According to Alper, who appeared on CNBCstudies show that people who hate the same things form a stronger bond than those who enjoy the same things.
He shared an example of one Hater couple who, after discovering a mutual dislike of the Super Bowl, got app on game day for a movie.

Its mission is "to help creators fund their passion hater launching their own NFT drops. Hopefully, Alper's new endeavor, which has a more positive message behind it, pans out better than the first.
