Data is encrypted in transit. You can request that data be deleted. This used to be a really good app but now it's worthless. I was once able to send and receive messages with a quickness now it takes forever to send and receive messages. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times thinking that would fix the problem, but nope it's still the same.
I can't even change my picture because it kicks me out of the app and it says it stopped working. I even completely deactivate my old account to make a new one and it's still doing the kik thing.

No verification process to keep them somewhat controlled. No follow up to report of bots, scammers. Every day bombardment of "friend" website from bots. You're not able to create a new public group.

The process gets stuck in a loop and never works. Doesn't use GPS to verify location it doesn't have to be shared with other members to prevent scammers from gaining access to information. I have talked to a few real people but it takes a long time to find them. Terrible app, I'd give it stars if possible. The app has gone from bad to worse to absolutely abominable. The app has actually been hacked and bugged now. Multiple people including myself have experienced being redirected what is the best hookup app their browser without tapping on any links.
